Home visits are available for regular Enrolled Funded patients whose condition prevents them from attending the surgery. Doctors in the practice may be contacted during normal surgery hours. The receptionist will put you through to the Nurse first who will triage the call. If your call is not urgent, a message will be given to the Doctor and they will return your call at their earliest opportunity. Your call will always be put through to the Doctor in an emergency.
You can also email the Doctor or Nurse. We try our very best to respond to your email within 24 – 48 hours. This service is only for non-urgent matters. Do NOT email for urgent matters.
